Welcome
New Directions Eating Disorders Center
Navigating the complexities of an eating disorder can be mentally and physically draining. Our California-based eating disorder treatment center is a safe haven for those looking to manage orthorexia, ARFID, and binge eating, among many other eating disorders.
With compassionate support, personalized care, and evidence-based treatment, we’re here to address all of your needs.
Our program follows an intensive, multi-disciplinary approach to the treatment of eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, ARFID, orthorexia, bulimia, exercise addiction, and binge eating. We are committed to a holistic approach, which simultaneously considers the physical and mental health of the client. The treatment goal is to enable clients to work through the conflicts and issues underlying their eating disorders and to restore nutritional well-being and healthy eating patterns.
Our licensed and certified nutritionist and family therapist are exceptionally trained to address emotional, mental, and physical challenges pertaining to an eating disorder.
While cognitive therapy focuses on changing negative thoughts and behaviors and recognizing what triggers them, family therapy is an integral part of the program. It enables family members to understand and support their loved ones through the recovery process.
With these two treatment options at hand, New Directions Eating Disorders Center has helped many individuals and families in need.
Our program is tailored for those individuals and families who want the highest level of care in an intimate, supportive, and healing environment.
As a virtual outpatient treatment center, we believe in extending support to everyone regardless of where they stand in their journey. Reach out to our treatment specialists today for holistic support.
